Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We ship both within the United Kingdom and internationally. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Methods
We offer shipping via air and sea freight, depending on your location and the size of your order. The most suitable method will be selected at the time of dispatch. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- UK: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World (Air): 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World (Sea): 3–8 weeks
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over £500
- Orders below £500 will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
International Orders — Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.
